Qs 1 :Guys, I have a few problem, i was riding my bike yesterday and i fell. broke my clutch lever and unable to start my bike due to a clutch sensor @ the lever. i have the PU kit without the diffuser in and O2 sensor on. But when i kick start my bike i cannot idle the bike as it keep stalling and when i am able to start riding the rpm keep dropping when i maintain 1/4 throttle.

Qs 2 : i have by pass my clutch sensor take out the O2 sensor and put back my diffuser. The bike now sound normal no dropping @ 1/4 throttle but And now every time i start my bike the fan is on?? the idle lag is gone but the fan is on I need help????

the radiator fan is working every time i start my bike it has hard starting also when bike is cold. Once every thing is warm up the bike work best. no problem so far only for the radiator fan.

I had the same problem last week. I tried to tighten up the connector pins for the F/I and also the temp sensor. ( I've had two fault code 2080) which is "open circuit injector" and the bike has been missing around 6000 rpms.
Anyway I also thought it would help if I bent the pins over slightly to make them fit better. Big mistake. When reinstalling the Temp sensor connector, one of the pins did not go back into the connector. Then when I tried to start my bike the fan would run all the time. And the bike was very hard to start.

Hooked it back up to the I-beat found a (0680 fail water temp)
Checked my connector...repaired and all was well.

I hope in some way that might help you.
