Hi, hoping someone can help me out. My bike devloped a problem yesterday while being stored momentarily in the garage.... Basically the spark disappeared, so ive started trying to fault it. I have searched high and low for the wiring diagram for this bike but i cant find anything on the internet. Does anyone have a link to the correct manual stored online or have a local copy they could send me? Also, the bike has been wired so that it does not require a key in the ignition, looking at the wiring i can see no obvious non factory wiring, anyone care to have a guess at how this has been acheived? and the final problem is that i normally wouldnt have a problem faulting a CDI ignition however the husky use some strange system that appears not to use a pulse generator, instead it appears to have 2 ignition windings on the stator instead of the normal one. i did read somewhere that it was a low and high speed winding, however i cant fingure out how that would actually work so could any clarify how it actually works? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks Dan
Gday Dan www.husky.com in Aussie has manuals for te410 which should be the same. free download jaxsplatt.. sorry try www.Husqvarna motorcycles.com.au
Hi. Did you have any luck with wiring diargrams? I have a 1996 TE610 that I'm trying to get running and the previous owner has turned the wiring into a birds nest. I have the manual you can get online but I can't read the wire colours and so can't work out where everything goes. Most important is where the wires from the generator go to and how they connect to the CDi unit. I have an SEM ignition on mine so its the earlier type. Many thanks.
