   I have read 80, 90 and 100...agressive woods and some MX....220 lbs... got the forks apart and cleaned gonna start assembly tomorrow

   100 to 110 worked for me on my 04 for woods. Would bottom on some big MX doubles though. 100 if you make sure you do not have lots of preload and if you upped to a heavier spring at 220 pounds. I was happy at 110 with 5 wt but am 175
