Long story short the carb seems to be my issue. It's the TMR41.

Every jet is as stated in the manual stock. New CNC manifold too as old one was perished.

The bike runs but pours black smoke and stinks. So I think it's very rich.

Does anyone have any suggestions I could try?

I've been looking for an FCR for ages but none have come up :(

dozens of them, kicked to the curb
    stuck/too high float (or in upside down/bent/etc), failed/fouled needle/seat.

tear down carb and re-assess. vacuum check needle/seat.

make sure choke is OFF, and working. make sure all vents are cleared.

make sure air filter is perfect and not over-oiled.

start over with new plugs and make sure HT lead is ok.
