I purchased a WRE125 last year for absolute peanuts. However itd had a hard life, itd been blown up and left to stand for two years. The top end was goosed and the bottom end seized solid. So after many months trawling ebay i finally found an engine (2004 WR125) I installed it. I have a dep pipe that im trying to repair, its in shit condition though (various hairline cracks and such) and ive just bought a mikuni TM38 from a WR360. Im presuming it will be jetted completely wrong, any advise on whatll give an ok setup? Close to stock or whatever, its been a while since ive been on a bike, let alone a 2t. Also, with regards to electrics, are there any schematics available for both bikes? Just i have a lot of redundant wiring and the engine harness doesnt look too compatible with the loom.

Check the two stroke jetting database. You could look for the bike closest to yours and start there.
