250-500cc 06 WR250 suspension rebuild

    I just picked up a 2006 WR250 and the suspension is unresponsive to any adjustments, The front forks appear to have very minimal damping and the rear shock seams the exact opposite and has way to much. Any suggestions or good rebuild videos out there or should I just have the pros take care of it?
