no replies? well, i am new here, but let me suggest your friend should definatly go look at it, hear it run, bounce around on it...if he really wants a 125 and probably not the stongest one available. iirc pretty much everyone elses' 125s' were considered stonger motors back then? Do you know if those 144 or 150 kits would fit on the '07? That would be pretty cool imo. Let us know if he has checked it out...
Unless they painted the frame, that's an 06. Just like any 2 stroke, make sure you hear it run. otherwise looks like a good deal.
News report/update, IMHO he made the best purchase, a very well prepped and freshened up 2005 YZ144 with all sorts of MX goodies all ready in and on it. Its a very nice machine with the ability to hit the track or trail, should be very versatile for his ammie rider ability.
