07 TE - 49 state or 50 state??

    I'm looking for a 2007 TE450 and sometimes see them for sale outside of California. If they are a 50-state-emissions bike then getting it plated here is a non-issue. If they are 49 staters then they have to meet milage requirements. Anyone know whether 2007s were 49 or 50 state? Thanks.
