Hey all, I am new to the forum. Just bought myself a 2010 WR 250, have de-restricted it all and am loving it. Just wondering if any companies make aftermarket exhausts for the bike? (I like shiny expansion chambers :) Thanks in advance for any info!

What is there to derestrict on a WR250?

The ones delivered here in Australia come with a box of bits to put on (usually the dealer does this and charges an extra $500), which contains an expansion chamber, slide, jets, needle and an air filter cage. Also a throttle stop. Couldn't even get mine to bloody start in restricted form :/

I was also wondering if the pipes from 2006 fit the 2010/11 model bikes too. I'd like an FMF Gnarly. My guess with the Pro circuit chambers that require the use of their own silencer is due to a larger diameter pipe where the two join?

Can't see why not...check the part numbers of the original unit off a 2006 against a 2011 even then, nothing a bit of bending and mounting mod's couldn't fix :)

Not the diameter, but the shape is entirely different.

    From my 09' 300....

Wow, that sucks. All I got with mine in the states is some spare jets and a needle. Thing has insane power in stock form. I don't think I've used full throttle yet on the trails.
