My son's 09 510TE runs out of gas with 1/2 gallon still in tank. I'm pretty sure the stock tank holds about 2 gallons so what's causing this? Recently we removed the fuel pump to re-solder the low fuel light wire back to the condenser, but it's running out of gas before the light should come on.
