Hi, Hope someone can help,my te310 has developed a starting problem where from cold it will start and run fine for a couple of minutes while warming up before a ride then it stalls. It is possible to start by full throttle and starter used continuosly but then you have to rev it to stop it stalling which is impossible to ride.I have checked and cleaned all electric plug connections, checked fuel pump not dislodged, fuel pump works.Any help would be appreciated as i dont have a husky dealer near me. Thanks.steve.
Faulty temperature sensor? Although it seems to usually be that the sensor reads hot. Maybe your case is the opposite?
Thanks Anddrew s spoke to shop up north and they suspected the temperature sensor,he said when the engine was warm the sensor read it was still cold so dumped more fuel in and cases it to stall and flood new sensor in and runs great. He did say worth keeping one in your tool box i had to laugh when i saw thet were made in Japan!!!
