250-500cc 09 WR250 Rekluse install

    I just installed a new rekluse z-start pro in my new 09wr250. And nothing. Clutch lever is tight and bike will not go. Anyone have experience with this.

    You need to go inside and back off the adjustment on the end of the actuating shaft.

    If I remember right, the rod is threaded for a screw, which has a lock nut.

    I believe Xcuvator is right. Been a while since I installed the rekluse pro in my 06 WR250. Once in it never was messed with again. My Nephew has been punishing it in Alaska all summer with not a single issue of any kind anywhere on the bike. :thumbsup:

    Thanks for the help guys. Never owned a bike with an adjustable clutch rod. Rekluse works like a champ now.
