My buddy has a 2009 WR300 and the clutch is a little worn and tired. What's the most economical way to replace just the friction and plates? At one time, I thought I had read that an older Honda CR250 clutch would work. Any suggestions?

Last time I replace mine I got a set of Tusk fiber plates from RMC for a Honda CR250 for about $30 and they work great. :excuseme:

Can anyone tell me what friction disks interchange with my '12 WR300? I use a Rekluse and only need friction plates, and Husky only offers a full clutch kit (I already have 2 sets of steel plates I'll never use!). I had seen the posting for a possible Honda interchange, but would like to know for sure what other bike years/ brands/ models would work.
    Thanks guys!:)
