125-200cc 144 kit question

    2002 CR125
    Will this kit fit my 2002 CR125? I know the cylinder has the same part number from 2002 to 2008 for sure. What about the head and piston? I have a line on a used kit that was pulled from a running bike. Guy sold it stock and kept the kit to sell. Can get the kit cheap. Is it worth a try?
