I have just bought a 1980 WR390 and the shock absorbers are leaking. If they were original then I would have them rebuilt but I don’t think they are as they have what looks to be a Suzuki “S” stamped on them with some other Japanese writing. So I have two questions:

    1. What shock absorbers were originally fitted to these bikes?
    2. What good replacements would people recommend that are available in the U.K? I’m about 15 stone and I am intending to have a go at motocross with it.

    Thanks in advance.

Bike came with Ohlins with external reservoirs, 15 inches center to center I think.
