white frame was an 83 watercooler for sure but what was welded to the bottom?

motor and frame HONDA 125 MTX street
légal in Europe France !
the frame is HUSQVARNA 125 WR 1984
liquid cooled first !

coming along nicely ol mate! those shox look a bit skinny!?! wish i had made some supports like that up. would have made things easier to move around.looking forward to seeing the powerplant installed. cheers
