1986 husqvarna cr 250

Well just pulled her in and tooks pic he said it was a 1985 it is an 86 i ran the vin number. pics to follow

It needs carb throttle swap which will be first.

Looks ready for love, but real complete.

she needs some love the plan is get ready for post vintage, get all the mechical things all squared away then next winter do a frame up.

Cool, I look forward to seeing any other pics of the bike in the future. I'm finally about to dive into my 85 500XC project. Not sure if my health is going to allow for some actual racing, but if at all possible, that's the plan.

Well I change the carb and throttle and she is runing pretty good. now i need to get her put back together then i going to put a differnt back tire on it that i have, then i have to switch gears to my yz250 get it all way back to gether just so can sell it in the spring to help fund my cr250, and my cr 430 that has been in the shed for about 8 years

Sounds like that 430 might be ready to get some sun, and run once again.

we have had it since i was like, 10 it was my dads and now it mine it has had maybe 2 hours run time since then

Going threw the bike trying to fix all the rigs did throw a new fender number plate.

The progress well half the plastic was held on with zip ties and so was the gas tank so i fixed that.

Neat shot in the snow. Looks nice, and not far from being real nice. All the correct plastics are available, which is cool.
