1992 250 Dellorto question

    having trouble starting the WX250. being Cagiva owned its an Italian VHSB37DS carb.
    Im led to believe previous owner fitted a 297 barrel kit on when he rebuilt the motor.
    its not started since, I can kick over but only with throttle closed. I get a bang but that's all.
    any suggestions? also what or would I need to upjet for the bigger barrel. thanks

    smart advice..you may have another issue but pretty much any other carb would be an improvement
