Well the story goes this morning I decided to wash my riding pants... Was it going to stop me from going? Not for a second!! To cut a story short I now know how far I can push my new set of 606's on the road before they brake lose!
Nothing happened to the bike a few little scratches is all I was expecting the worst as I watched me bike slide across the road.
Is that Mercurochrome you have on your knee? It wasn't uncommon for me as a kid to have a patch of that somewhere on my body after a fall. Apparently not good for you now... Same thing happened to me; went for a ride on my Klx while my Draggin jeans were drying and dropped it onto some blue metal. Worse thing is that I had to ride on a long sandy track to get home.
Nope I had just hopped off the bike it was 140km to get home, I got Dettol cream on it now ha ha I remember dad would use that purple spray for horses on me a lot! I think its the same stuff. blue metal and sand that's not a good mix!
