He killed it in open class at the 2 stroke nationals. If it hasn't been for the broken rear shock in the first pro moto he would have gone 1,1.

That 500 has a huge pipe ... looks like a water moccasin wrapping around there... The tank and plastic are molded for and around the pipe ....

Did these guys have their lap times recorded?

I still run Bobby Garrisions' number from the 1st event and the year he won the overall on a Husky. I'll probably put that number on any graphics I actually purchase for my bikes.

I have been doing that race since 1979 but back then it was called the 4 stroke nationals and was at Carlsbad then a few years later we had it at Sattleback In 1979 I raced a Horsepower Factory Honda with a C&J frame with Fox Forks and Twin Fox Shocks. It had a White Bros XR 500 motor scary fast In 1984 I then raced a ATK 560 until 1991 then a ATK 604 Did the race up until around early 2000. But in 2007 I came back to the new 2 stroke Nationals on a Husky CR 125. Have done it every year since. I do motocross like once a year and this off road racer gets taken to school in the expert class but I have fun. This year I loaned my Wr 250 practice bike to Huskynobee and he also had a good time. I will be there again next year.

That was fun. I hadn't seen that many 2 strokes in the same place in many years. I never thought I would enter an MX race. Ajaxauto was like my race sponsor. He brought the bike and gas, I tried not to wad it up and then I didn't even have to wash it.

How was that starting gate action? You probably owe AJ forever on this one.

I owe him for a lot more than that. He's been my biggest motivator to keep racing and improving my skills.

No, didn't want to rev it with the clutch in like the real mxers do. He uses it to go up stuff you'd have a hard time taking a goat up.
