Hey guys, been an SMJ member for years and own an 06 610. A buddy of mine just offered me a 2000 610sm for a couple hundred dollars. The question is, assuming she runs and the such, would it be a good bike to fix up or are they Just a hassle? I've never looked into earlier model bikes. Are they strewn with issues? For the low price of the buy and maybe an engine rebuild from the shop make it a worthwhile investment as a bike for the misses or a fun old school kinda bike for myself?
