Looking at a 2000 sm 610, low miles but I heard they are high maintenance and powerful vibrators. What's the low down and ups? Thanks
Unless you're a genius with a spanner and know how too setup the engine perfectly i'd stay clear, plus parts are hard too find. Though it's a powerful beast when setup right, all i've heard is tails of woe on here of people who've struggled too find parts. I'd save the money you'd spend on setting it up and maintaining it and get a newer (think after 06) model and you shouldn't have nearly as many problems.
I got one a year ago. Took it to husky sport for a service and have had many miles of wheele great fun.Only changed oils and filters and cam adjuster since. if its cheap go for it. Just remember its a bit old now
