    I know, another cr thread, but getting mine up to snuff. Have a late model ktm to compare to so I have an idea what the difference is. Bike had fbf motor rebuild and suspension revalve. Has wer dampener. Mikuni is the carb. Bike is rock solid and motor is great top to bottom. Seems to turn better than ktm. Motor is snappier but has great control with the love handle. I think somebody screwed up and made a better 250 woods bike a couple of years ago. JMO.

    I have a 02 cr 250 also,great bike.I had to get used to the power for a bit,found it lugs well and screams on top.Someone did install 06 plastic on it,little more modern look.
