250-500cc 2002 WR250 Lower Hose Clamp - Too Tight to Frame!

    Why is the design so tight on 2002 WR250 - I can't even get a a hose clamp on the lower inside radiator hose? Any tricks to make this go on? It's way too tight to frame!

    Here are the pics. It's the lower inside hose. The photos shows the hose on but with no clamp, and the frame (also black) below in direct contact to it - no gap room for hose clamp!

    Uhgg - possibility. I have not had to change the hoses in years so now - can't get the new one on with clamp :mad:

    So I assume there shows a gap in your bikes? 2002 and up....?

    id put money on the little wing of the frame being bent, mine sure is and same clearance problem
