2005 Smr510 Shift Drum

    hi i have a 2005 smr510 and my shift drum is shot.
    aparently talking to the dealer they nolonger make the 2005 drum.
    but in 2009 they chaned from alloy to steel.
    anyone know if these are interchangeable?

    also the piston is no longer available will a later model fit?
