I have a 2006 Husky TE610, how do I know if it's 50 state legal? In the frame it has a sticker about Noise, but not anything on emissions. It does have a check valve on the tank vent, but I don't see a charcoal canister on the bike.
Yep, 50 state street legal, it is registered with the California air resources board and all the other states too. I'll move this over to the 610 forum where it belongs
If you remove the seat there's an emissions sticker that says this bike meets the requirements for all 50 states.
So I'm about to buy a 2006 TE 610 from out of state. Found this thread with the google, did some more searching. Finally found the EO that guarantees it's legal here (hope this site doesn't hash outside links): http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/onroad/cert/hmc/2006/mvagusta_m0150037_577_1d4_hn.pdf Here's the index and how to parse the file names for all bikes: http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/onroad/cert/cert.php#4 G'luck!
