2008 TE 250 & 510 red line?

  1. XLEnduroMan Heroes Ride Huskys. The others follow.

    Location:
    Durham, CA.
    Husqvarna Motorcycle:
    '18 Husqvarna 701 Enduro.
    Other Motorcycles:
    '20 Ducati Hypermotard 950.
    I tried searching but wasn't having good luck. We just got new TE's here. 2008's TE 250 and 510. I was wondering what the red line on the bikes were, and if they have rev limiters?

    I believe they are 12,500 and 10,500 respectively. Redline being right at the limiter RPM.

    definitely 12,500 for the TE 250, although George has had the limiter modded to go higher and the factory has tested the case to 19,000 for integrity. I don't think I've hit the rev limiter but I have briefly seen 10,800 on the rpm....usually my eyes are not looking at the computer.
