2008 TE 450(EFI) idle

    the book says adjust to 1600rpm with screw on RHS of throttle body- I've fiddled-> no diff.Is idle set by ECU? Derestricted Aussie model with Arrow end can.

    I had to use Ibeat to set the TPS properly before the idle screw would adjust the idle as described. Ken

    thanks- looking at the cost of ibeat, i think i'll put up with idle at 1800 !
