Nice, the WR300 smoked the GG and was a virtual tie with the KTM for first and cost less than all of them.
So pretty much if it had adjustable power valve, magic button & lighter clutch........it would have smoked them all. Take notice Husky in 2012
Just got my latest issue of ADB. I realize this topic is on the WR300 but they almost wet themselves extolling the virtues of the 2011 TE310. Flat stated don't buy any enduro before you have ridden the TE310.
real world review i rode a GG 300 on the weekend and was really disappointed with the bottom end, its a supposed to be a big bore. But i had to clutch it like a 125, the stupid bike squealed like a piglet when it got to a hill climb. crap ergo's /small cockpit made my legs cramp up. just my my 2cents
That would only be till they do a shoot out with the bergs & Ktms. Then they will put there blue & orange blinkers on & the husky will be crap
i'm looking forward to test riding a berg 300 or 250 when they arrive here in Australia i didn't mind the 2010 390 or 450 berg but i wouldn't buy a 4stroke.
One sweet Husky bike ...Just change the ignition and FWW for a top of the line woods bike or a scary fast MX racer... Husky could probably do well with these bikes with a new frame (as mentioned before) and some lighter weight all around without the DI addition ... Sort of an open equation here on where to go ...
AR has been rippin it up on the 2010 TE250 with great reviews and results from 250, I think the all new 310 is THE bike...(for me anyway). getting really picky a an x-lite motor based 350 in the x-lite chassis would complete my moto heaven.
Robert i will make you a bet You come out to Luceren for either one of the last Nationals either So Cal race or the 100s You take my Peadro setting Ty Davis Racing addjusted WR 250 for a ride and then try and tell me you want a 310 Hey robert see you in the Desert
