2009 Te 250 High Idle

Friends - Been poking around to find a recommendation for a idle problem with a 2009 TE 250. Bike was bought used and had a JD Tuner, new exhaust and rekluse on it. Ran ok for my first few rides, but the idle started to get higher in the last few rides. Turning down the idle screw did nothing and resetting the throttle stop only did nothing. Don't have any experience with the tuner and trying to adjust it manually has done nothing. I have the stock ECU, wondering if going back to that is worth a try. Any advice would be appreciated.
