Has anyone with a 2009 TE310 or TE450 tried the bike with the power up kit installed, so to speak, and with the O2 sensor both in place and removed? How much power loss is there with the O2 sensor in place? How much does fuel economy improve? I assume the bike will run leaner, does it run much hotter?

The 2008 bikes with the EFI and power up kit don't get the best mileage and it seemed like plugging the O2 sensor back in made the bike's run ratty. I am real curious about how the 2009's fair in this regard.

Greg...I would be very surprised if there is any difference at all! I'm done worrying about MPG's. I just want my bike to run perfect. Did you sell your bike yet?

I sold it and did pretty well. I'll grab a new bike this week.

Are you going to the rally Friday in Olympia? I'll be off work that day and the full weekend for a change.

I still don't know about 310 vs 450. I don't want the extra weight of the 450 but then again, the only time any bike feels heavy is when it is stuck in a mud hole. While riding they all feel light to me. I want to get the bike Saturday so I'll make my mind up in the next day or two.

What have you done for more fuel? I get tired of carrying fuel bottles on my back but the IMS tanks have too many issues reported.
