I have a few questions regarding my TXC. Here in Australia they aren't super popular and hard to find TXC parts and accessories.

Can someone please give me a run down on what they actually are? I am told they are a cross between the TC and the TE.
What parts off the TE or the TC are the same?

Things like bash plates and radiator guards are non existent, I found out of seer luck that TC plastics fit it. Heaven forbid if i ever need any engine parts at the moment.

    Thanks

the hardware is gonna fit both big block models (TE/TXC) and actually the 450 and 510 too. But the 2009 TC is the first year xlite engine, and carbed too IIRC; so motor stuff and some plastic is gonna differ on this year only. I can't remember if it's a 6-speed.

Other years will have a lot in common (TC, TXC, TE)

electrically, the TXC is closer to a TE. Internals like fork damping are TC.

They are a good reliable good handling bike.

A bit heavier than an x-lite but less trouble.

The stuff that fits the TE should fit the TXC. The engine is a basically a TE motor before fuel injection. The non x-lite motors were always carbed. The ignition will be the same as the ones before fuel injection like 2007. The suspension will be like the motocross models. The radiator guards and skid plates from the TE models will work great.
