On my 2010 the forks are all the way clockwise them 10 clicks back for both the compression and rebound. The shock is 15 clicks back for low speed dampning and rebound, the high speed dampning is all the way open. My forks are Kayaba, the manual link if you have Marzocchi.

    Yea I saw that. The 09 has the 50mm Marzocchis I am not sure if the settings are the same as the 45mm.
