2010 Te 510 Hard Start W Ebutton When Hot

I’m a newbie to Husky’s…just bought a 2010 TE 510. The bike had a hard time starting with the e-start button and found a weak battery so I replaced it with a Lithium battery which helped start the bike when cold but for some reason, after riding just a few minutes, the bike has a hard time starting with the electric start…it will kick start ok but with the electric start she really struggles. It will sometimes start if I pull the compression release lever for a few turns. The exhaust smells rich as it’s trying to start as well. I’ve changed the plug, had the valves checked, it’s got fresh gas.

Any ideas??

My 08’ will have issues starting while hot sometimes. I’ve found that cracking the throttle a little while cranking works.
