Hi guys, so i just got my Ibeat and 12 hole injector/ecu upgrade and installed them. I've reset my TPS, its at 102.4 WOT (not sure if it's too high? Ive read on some of the threads its supposed to be 100.4 for the 310/250, any advice?) I've also been playing with the CO1,2,3 settings but have no idea what i'm looking for. So far with the injector upgrade from 4 port to 12 port injector i haven't noticed a great deal of change (particularly the bottom end bog that im keen to fix) I'm hoping that it is mainly tuning. Does someone have a tuning procedure that they have found to work? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

I am right where you are.
I found that my tps should be reset with the engine warm. And currently my Co values are you 100 across the board. I've got a slight issue at idle that I will try to tune out. But you should notice a big difference with the 12 port.
Also I use the highest octane gas I can get, I found that helps too.

Gary, I'd recommend Esso Supreme. It is one of the ethanol-free gases we can get in this area.

Not as high octane as Sunoco Ultra94, but I find my bike runs better on it.

TPS @ 102.4 is good for an X-light......the 100.4 is for the older bikes.

If you set TPS to 100.4 on an X-light your idle will be about 3k rpms

Same setup as you. I set mine to CO1 105 CO2 107 CO3 109 and adjusted the idle to 1950-2050 RPM by tightening the philips head screw with the spring behind it on the throttle assembly. Seemed to get rid of most of the bottom end bog.

How do you set the TPS to a specific value? So far I can only figure out how to reset it.

Off track a bit but what is your fuel economy like? Also is it just me or can you hear your valves moving on your x-lites as well? It has fresh oil in it FYI.

    Cheers, Patrick

To change your TPS figures you need to adjust a stop in your throttle body. There was a thread somewhere in here with a video but i cant remember where. I'll let you know how I go with fuel economy also once i get the bike all sorted. As for the valves i have no idea sorry. I cant say that my bike sounds any different to normal bikes.
