My TE510 stopped under driving. It has no spark and the fuel pump doesn't prime when I turn on the ignition. I've checked all the relays and all the fuses. The engine turns fine but it doesn't start. When I measure I get around 12V to all the relays but they don't seem to "click". I tried switching them around aswell but nothing happened.

I tested the stator and It's within specks of the manual. I believe the clutch switch and the kill switch are fine cause the engine doesn't turn over when those are off.

How did you test for spark? Was the spark plug grounded during the test?

Took out the plug and hold it agasint ground. Tried dfferent plugs, Did an Ohm test on the coil and everything is within what it says in the manual.

I would first try a new plug. If that doesnt work for spark, pretty much confirms an electrical issue. Very rare to have two problems simultaneously, but still remotely possible. I would check all connectors, then replace a relay for the ignition. Replace all fuses. Keep checking the fuses.

in addition, the fuel pump doesn’t prime? Can you hear it spinning?

Also possible the spark is disabled until fuel pressure is detected?

Check the Green wire with Red stripe, it powers the coil, the injector, the fuel pump, check for crimps, parts, bends, continuity

Tried a new plug, still nothing. Fuses has been replaced and they all get power in and out, checked the relays with a 12V battery, did the same with the fuel pump. Been cleaning all the connectors on the bike, Still nothing.
Dashboard says "FAIL", but the manual is not really telling me much on what to do with that info.

Been following the green/red wire and I know that there is no power coming from the P.Relay, but it does get power in on GR, Y/G and Br/W if i remember correctly. But AFAIK the relays are all working when I test them with a battery and measure them. Might have to check again. Electric faults is not really something I'm familiar with.

I would look into the tip over sensor. you might want to check into iBeat there are threads that walk you though to make a cable and download the software.

I got iBeat! ibeat shows no fault on the tip sensor. Cleared the fault history and the only one im getting is "open injector circuit" Code 2080. Ive also discovered that the p.relay gets power, but doesnt send it further. Ive tried the relay on a 12v battery to see if it works and it does! I also tried the other relays and switched them around aswell. Still no power trought the relay even when i switched the relays. Is there anything that i need to check with the fault code that came up in iBeat?
