Just put a JD EFI module on my 11 TE310 which also has the 12 port and new ECU on it. Set it to the JD recommendations and it does seem to run better up and down the street, but I haven't had it out in the woods yet. Does anyone have this setup and might have additional recommendations beyond what is documented? Thanks, DK
From what most have reported, the JD unit isn't necessary with the injector/ecu upgrade. At least not with a race muffler.
The ECU is what controls the injector. Sure, you can skip upgrading the ECU, but the old one isn't mapped for the new injector and the JD can't alter everything.
