2013 Te511 Shifting Issues

    I have a 2013 TE511 that i bought a year ago with 350 miles on it, now has around 1300 miles on the clock.
    The problem i'm having is that it will not downshift to next gear unless i blip the throttle with each downshift. Any help as to what may be causing this issue would be greatly appreciated.
