250-500cc 2013 wr 250 clutch cable problem

    I just bought a 2013 wr 250 and noticed the clutch cable is rubbing the casting of the cylinder where the cable slides under the reeds not a little bit but holding it down at least a 1/8 inch.I was wondering if anyone has ever had that problem and if they did how you fixed it? I could grind a little bit away but I keep on telling my why should I have to its a new bike.
