This is the latest from Beta. More bling than I thought was possible to put on one bike, but it is beautiful!
Better than that, it has a redesigned engine, lighter and stronger cases, lighter crank for less reciprocating mass. Head, valves, and cams have been changed also for even better bottom end, and will keep pulling higher in the RPM ranges.
Comes with FMF Powerbomb exhaust and Q4 silencer, aluminum skid plate, ignition map switch, axle pull, plus much more.
I am sure the engine changes will be standard for 2015, and I think the Beta 4 strokes will start to get as much attention as their 2 strokes.

I guess I'm the odd man out here, looks gaudy and over done to me. Looks fat too. That said I bet it is a fantastic bike. I really like the look of the 2014 250rr but this one is to much for me. the seat to shroud angle looks odd to me too, looks like it has the wrong shrouds on it or something.

I think there's just something wrong with us. You even mentioned the new humpback fenders on the Austrian Huskies are ugly. We love the most ugly dirt bike ever created, 449/511 :). I think the problem is more that these bikes have some ugly but aren't so ugly they're cute lol

For the record, I think the Betas are about the coolest bikes out now. The new 350 sounds awesome and if I were to buy a non MX 2 stroke today it would without a doubt be a beta race edition :)

WTF are you talking about??? The 511 is beautiful. I get compliments on it all the time. I did a 360 mile ride this last weekend with a buddy on a newer KTM 350. We were at a cafe in a very small town which is a stop for many adventure ridersas it is the last gas a feed for a while. Two guys were there with big Adventure bikes. Were all over my 511 and did not even look at the standard issue KTM :D They seemed to really like it and all the crazy ideas tried on it. I get people asking me about it almost every time i stop for gas.

But your right I am wierd, drive a Saab and a crazy Italian / german / taiwanese forgotten red headed stepchild... and somehow I'm completely fine with that he he he

and for the record Beta is at the top of my list but not necessarily for looks.

added note- that RR-Race edition saddle and I am an ok with it, hard seat guy, because like a race bicycle the seat is a balance point, kind of........anyway my point-----
-that the RR-Race edition seat as nice as it looks is the stupid-hardest seat I have ever felt on a motorcycle-- I assume that guys like Johnny Aubert like the direct butt/thighs to chassis connection through their seat, or something like that, because it is like sitting directly on the fame rails!!!

I understand the Motosportz point as a standard bike, but all the visual overload is because it is the factory edition with the little sponsor sticker graphics and extra blingy bits, it a very "racey" looking beast not 100% clean aesthetically its all stickered up.
for me I now like the race ready "pro" look but thats just me, I used to remove all forms of stickers and have just plastic and metal showing- zero graphics, now I want to be a wannabe pro rider with all the factory looking stuff blinged on....
