FYI In the midst of a full tank mileage check will ride until out of ON gas, we are always close enough to return to truck on RES gas in our trail zone. Trails are the same as south of border trails so I can get a good baseline, have @ 20 miles on the clock so far will try to burn down the rest this weekend. I think it will be 40-45 miles then RES

Jet set is the JD altitude set for 3K and warmer temps. 40:1 mix, bike is super smooth and has dry black residue at the pipe end- zero spooge ( me like)

did you double check your float bowl level and make sure you are not losing fuel when leaned over? Seems to be a ongoing issues with the factory setup on KTMs.

m float level was stupid high and may still be slightly high even after tweaking it. Im in the midst of a mileage trial looks like riding familiar local trails I got 44 miles and hit res looks like 50 is attainable without worry theres still quite a bit still in, I am going to run it dry while carrying enough to get back to truck for refuel, I am thinking at this point 50 will be safe bet. exhaust is blk but dry, may drop the needle one more slot

Kelly Im still seeing some build up of slop in my skid plate=fuel spillage. I think i will tweak the float even lower, I really dont think my skid plate should look like a BSA B50 skid plate on a 2014 TE300, and my consultant ISDE vet E3 300cc KTM maven said I should get darn near 60 miles from my tank not just 50
