    sent my pipe to Oregon forrepair
    while not free, they did a nice job
    here is a shot of the repair
    the pipe is an FMF pre Gnarly and my NOS spare Gnarly together for comparison
    there are some slight differences
    a second link will show the rest (max 4 pics)

    well it finally warmed up enough to melt feet of snow
    so put my pipe back on and prepping the bike for some single track, pipe looks good
    the tails are coming out from under heavy snow
    getting excited

    good question, but no there is still sponge in the pipe
    according to their site, heat is only as needed
