Has anyone assembled 5,5" back rim to SMR? Would it fit in back fork? Do I have to move the chainline? If have to move chainline, how should I do it in SMR?

You wont see any gains. Might look cool, but there will be a ton of other limiting factors that would need to be addressed.

I would go 16.5 front before 5.5 rear.

I run a 5.5 on my race bike, but it came like that from factory:)
To tell you the truth you better of with a 5 rear because way more tire choices.

Can you send some pictures of your front and rear sprockets? In this thread. So I can check if it's different from my SMR:)

What size tires fits in 5,5" ?

i run different gearing depending on the track right now i have 14 42 on there, and on a 5.5 you need to put 170 plus rear

He has a 511 not a 510. Its kind of not really the same animal at all.

My smr450 could have used a 170 on the kart track but honestly the 511 has so many other limitations that an extra bit of rear would not help. Probably even hurt by the added weight...

Any clearance issues with the chain when using the 5.5"? I wouldn't mind running a 170 rear on my SMR 511.

If the wheel is properly offset and spaced out there should be no rubbing.
