Hey guys and girls iv got a 2009 510te husqvarna it starts and runs fine but once riding it breaks down like its being starved of fuel but if you keep on the gas it eventually gets fuel and takes off just wondering what it could be any help much appreciated thanks.
Check the intake manifold for leaks/cracks. Spray some carb cleaner or brake cleaner on the manifold with the bike idling. Next thing would be to clean the fuel injector with a few sprays of carb cleaner.
It sounds like a bad fuel pump.That is exactly what the pumps do when hot.We had a couple pulsers breakdown when hot and start missing but they never get better just run bad and or quits running.Busted intake manifolds and we have been running Justice Brothers injector cleaner thru the injected bikes alot now and it really will clean out and unplug injectors Im amazed how well it works .And 1 other problem seen that comes and goes if stator plate bolts come loose if checking that clean the crud off pulser at same time.
