Hi, I need a pic of how the 610 radiators are mounted to the frame. The top mounting point comes out on a stud which the radiator mounts flush to without the metal insert: However, the metal insert is required according to the parts catalogue: Metal insert in question: In situ: With the insert in the radiator won't be flush onto the mounting stud. I found a thread on here, it was for a 630 but it nearly had the perfect picture but didn't quite show the top mounting point. I can't believe how this has got me totally stumped. Answers on a post card please!
My 630, tops are mounted like your top picture. The metal inserts slide into the lower rubbers (from the inside) and the bolt with washer passes through it to secure the lowers. From the pic, it would appear I have mine orientated wrong tho.
