I'm pretty sure that the ones for the 450-510 fit. Call Kelly at Motosportz he has/makes disc guards.
I would kind of expect the 610 to be listed if it did. Not having it listed I would presume it doesn't.
And now I'm thinking that the EFI 610 will be a two year run and will be the red headed stepchild. Then combined with the 06-07 we'll have a four year bike run for chassis stuff. All in such low numbers I can't imagine too many people making stuff just for us if it doesn't have crossover potential. I guess I'll be looking to ask Paul at Highway Dirtbikes to help us out when and if he get's a chance......... He did just measure my gauges up the other day for a billet protector to work with his handguard system so he's game to help us out a bit. Maybe I'll have to go up there with my brake carrier one day .........
This one looks like mine. I picked mine up from the store (Tasky's) in Everett, WA so no order info laying around. http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/produ...=&productId=p490887&leafCatId=&mmyId=#fitment The modern TE610 has 2 threaded tabs to bolt a shark fin too. The 510 and below swingarms do not. I drilled one hole inthe top front edge of the guard to get the perfect alignment. It is easy since it is about 3/16-1/4" thick aluminum. The stock holes are universal, but it sits 1/8 to 1/4" aft of the disk. I want my guard to be slightly forward of the disc rotor so it is mostly likely to hit the rocks, not my disk. I use a Motosportz rotor protector on my front.
shark fin Made mine myself as well as the skidplate--easy as pie. I just love my 610te--just so easy to work on and make things for.
Blazes First off; that’s a huge tree at the background Second; I like what you did Third; are those black squares at the back part of a bag system (if yes which one) ?
Hi Muddy Waters--Yep that is one mean tree there-kept my Hussie cool after a long solo ride the past week-end. Thank's Here is a pic of the rack i use for my soft luggage on the 610Te--I moulded a plastic cover that i zip tie on to protect the Local S/A Kaoaka soft luggage bags.
I wish i had the tools to make the extensions myself --But Alas--i bought them from a dealer here in SA that brought them over from the USA --cost about $80 for both.
