Other than the trans (four speed vs six speed), what are the diff in a 95 WXE and a 99 TC/TE? I'm wondering about the big stuff, motor, swingarm, forks mostly. Thanks guys!!!

1995 WXE/WXC were 350 and 610 models with Showa suspension.

The '99 TE410 and TE610's biggest differences that come to mind are Marzocci forks, Sachs shock and different plastics. The TC was a 4spd and I believe had a hotter cam and 19" wheel. The electric start "e" model had many differences including a huge weight gain.

They also added the oil pump to the motor in 1999, nice upgrade.

Ah yes, most likely the best improvement. Less important, I think they went to a steel kicker in the newer models. I put an older aluminium one on my 2000.

I know it sounds kind of stupid......but I like the steel kicker better. Somehow it seems to be easier to start.....must be a subtle difference in the shape.....in my mind anyway.
