Bike ran great when parked , went to start it two day later and only cranks . Bike has no spark and injector not working . Ibeat shows no failures . I was thinking that tilt sensor went bad but ibeat is not green for tilt detected . Anyone have any ideas on where to look ? It has new plug and coil installed . Fuel pump is working . With no failures on ibeat its tough . I wish you could test things one at a time with ibeat .
How does ecu now motor is turning? I dont remember if there is any cam position sensor or not. If its just in stator, check those wires?
Bike has crank sensor . But manual has no test for it . And ibeat has no faults . It sucks that there nothing in service manual . The dam wiring schematic don't even list the crank sensor . I did find it on schematic but they dont indentify it . And yes it is in the stator cover .
Yes crank senors is open . Halls wants 500$ for part . I found oem in Poland for 233$ . But I would rather just put a new senor in , the stator is fine . Anyone know where a crank sensor can be had ?
Hello there! I am hijacking because as it seems like I have the same problem as you. That is: - Bike almost out of the blue started having trouble starting (especially when cold). Had trouble for 1-2 days but managed, 3rd day I could not get it to start at all. - No faults in spark, fuel, compression. - Ibeat does not show any errors. When I start the bike, I can hear the injection pressurizing. Then I try to start the engine and it turns and turns but does not fire up. Did you manage to solve your problem after all?
First try setting your dash to RPM then crank the motor ... if it shows no rpm your Hall sensor is bad ( pick up ) . Also unplug it and ring it out . Open would make it bad . You cant buy the sensor alone they make you get a new stator . Husqvarna want over 500 $ us for part . I found parts in Poland for 280$ shipped . Just got here yesterday . Took less than a week for shipping . Ebay motopart77788
Shes alive . Found the time to install crank sensor / stator . Still sucks could not find the crank sensor alone .
