I am between getting the 630 and the 610. The weight diff is the only hang-up for me. IF I could get the 630 to sub-300lbs I'd pull the trigger.

Do-able, without spending a fortune on CF?

    Thanks,

    Scott

I ride my '08 SM610 and it doesn't disappoint me at all. I have a Leo Vince slip-on pipe and the Lambda sensor removed and my bike rocks. I'm glad you like your new SM630 - but there are many on here that are more than happy with their SM610's. My bike is absolutely perfect for the roads I ride. See link below for a little video of a KTM following me on the old stagecoach road I ride. Oh, and I got mine new for $6,299.

That's my back yard. I live about a mile from that road and ride it every chance I get. It goes over Mount Tamalpais and down to Stinson Beach. Below are two more videos of that day - the first is down to Panoramic Hwy and the second is Panoramic Hwy down to Hwy 1. They aren't as tight as the stagecoach section, but still a lot of fun. We're going from about 2,000 feet down to sea level in the last two videos. I give tours on that road to out of town riders. :D

    You're Welcome!
I've been giving local riders tours of that road/mountain. I belong to a local motorcycle forum and riders from all over have met me for a ride up there.
I'd be happy to take you along. :)
