'82 430 CR clutch plate installation

I am looking for the clutch plate installation order for my '82 430 CR. It has been my understanding that the first plate in the basket is a fiber plate, then alternate the aluminum plates with a fiber plate on top before it gets buttoned up. The reason I ask is that when disassembling the plate stack, there were 2 aluminum plates against each other against the basket (that can't be right can it?) I don't have the service manual, only the owners manual....any help would be greatly appreciated.

6 fibers and 5 aluminum Plates with fibers being 1st and last. Maybe extra plate added to compensate for wear of clutch components , plates , pressure plate and/or clutch hub .
